Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of human resources experience, including 5 years as a People Business Partner
- In-depth knowledge of human resources practices and state and federal employment law
- Proven ability to coach and influence senior leadership
- Experience in dynamic scaling companies with a focus on strategic partnership
- Ability to leverage data and insights for talent strategy alignment
