Key Responsibilities
- Own full cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches across various business areas, including executive leadership
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies to meet growth needs
- Mentor and support junior team members while continuously improving recruiting and interviewing practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with progressively increasing complexity
- Experience recruiting at a fast-growth startup, particularly in product management, design, or business operations
- Proven success in a high-velocity, output-driven environment
- Bachelor's or Graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline
