Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end talent strategy, including acquisition, onboarding, and performance management
  • Oversee the design and implementation of learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities
  • Drive change management initiatives and foster a culture of high performance and engagement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior talent management role
  • Proven experience in leading change management initiatives in regulated environments, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Demonstrated success in implementing AI or digital tools in HR processes
  • Proficiency in HR technologies and talent analytics
