Key Responsibilities
- Researching contracts and contractual terms
- Managing the end-to-end requisition lifecycle for specialized staffing requests
- Monitoring and reporting on contingent workforce metrics and performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or similar discipline
- 3+ years of experience in contingent workforce, talent acquisition, staffing, procurement, or sourcing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (advanced functions)
- Understanding of labor laws and industry regulations pertaining to contingent workers
- Experience establishing and maintaining positive relationships with staffing suppliers
