A company is looking for a Contingent Workforce Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Researching contracts and contractual terms
  • Managing the end-to-end requisition lifecycle for specialized staffing requests
  • Monitoring and reporting on contingent workforce metrics and performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or similar discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in contingent workforce, talent acquisition, staffing, procurement, or sourcing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (advanced functions)
  • Understanding of labor laws and industry regulations pertaining to contingent workers
  • Experience establishing and maintaining positive relationships with staffing suppliers
