Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with employees, HR, and vendor partners regarding leave of absence needs
- Act as a consultative partner to assist employees with leave-related inquiries and issues
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of benefits and maintain records in compliance with legal requirements
Required Qualifications and Education
- 4-6 years of experience in employee benefits and leave management
- Bachelor's degree required
- Comprehensive understanding of employee benefits related to leave of absence
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
