Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corp Sr LOA Specialist to manage their leave of absence program.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with employees, HR, and vendor partners regarding leave of absence needs
• Act as a consultative partner to assist employees with leave-related inquiries and issues
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of benefits and maintain records in compliance with legal requirements

Required Qualifications and Education

• 4-6 years of experience in employee benefits and leave management
• Bachelor's degree required
• Comprehensive understanding of employee benefits related to leave of absence
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
