Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Workday HCM Talent Management Suite, coordinating work efforts and implementing requests
- Focus on building forms in onboarding and offboarding functional areas of the software
- Oversee Recruitment, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding/Offboarding, Position Description Management, and Organizational Charts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, computer science, or related field
- 7 years of experience in HR/Human Capital Management (HCM), including design, configuration, and testing
- Proficiency in Workday HCM with 7 years of relevant experience
- Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and compliance regulations
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR business owners and IT developers
