Key Responsibilities
- Manages a team of campus talent acquisition professionals
- Oversees campus events and evaluates opportunities for automation and new technologies
- Manages the full life cycle of candidates and the campus recruiting budget
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of project management experience in Operations and/or Human Resources
- Advanced data analytic skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects across a matrixed organization
- 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree required; project management certification preferred
