Talent Acquisition Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a University Recruiting Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages a team of campus talent acquisition professionals
• Oversees campus events and evaluates opportunities for automation and new technologies
• Manages the full life cycle of candidates and the campus recruiting budget

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of project management experience in Operations and/or Human Resources
• Advanced data analytic skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects across a matrixed organization
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree required; project management certification preferred
