A company is looking for a Contracted Nuclear Recruiter to support talent acquisition in the nuclear power sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles for nuclear projects
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for various roles in the nuclear power industry
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination and onboarding support
Qualifications:
- Proven experience recruiting in the nuclear power industry, particularly at commercial nuclear plants or DOE sites
- Strong understanding of security clearance and badging processes
- Minimum 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in regulated industries
- Experience working in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a technical field preferred
