Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (f/m/x) for a remote, 6-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to address hiring challenges in scientific and manufacturing roles
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines through various sourcing methods
• Manage the complete recruitment process and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve gaps

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, preferably in the Life Science or manufacturing sectors
• Experience in sourcing and attracting talent in niche areas using advanced techniques
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on sequential processes
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to tackle complex hiring challenges
• Fluency in both German and English
