A company is looking for a Human Resources Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-3 technical support for SuccessFactors and other HR systems, resolving issues and implementing break/fix solutions
- Support the RAISE Roadmap for continuous improvement of SuccessFactors based on user feedback
- Deliver reporting requests and maintain HR data health across all systems
Required Qualifications
- Experience with SuccessFactors administrative and configuration
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and payroll systems or integrations
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as Table, Canvas, and Story reporting
- Ability to conduct regular audits and ensure HR data governance compliance
- Experience in preparing import templates for bulk data loads into SuccessFactors
