Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Provider Sourcer/Recruiter (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Attract and acquire qualified physician and advanced practitioner candidates to support organizational growth
• Utilize online tools and ATS (Greenhouse) to build and maintain a pipeline of clinical talent
• Establish relationships with candidates and external resources while promoting the employer brand

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Eight years of sourcing or full life-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare
• Three years of recent clinical provider-focused recruiting experience preferred
• Experience in both corporate and staffing agency environments preferred
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly preferred
