Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies in partnership with business unit leadership
- Lead learning and development initiatives to promote continuous employee growth
- Provide guidance on employee relations and ensure compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Senior HR Business Partner or HR Business Partner role
- Demonstrated leadership experience in strategic partnership with senior leaders
- Solid understanding of multistate labor laws and regulations
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Paycom is a plus
