Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to align organizational goals related to culture, staffing, recruitment, and retention
- Plan, develop, and implement policies and training to support compliance and strategic needs
- Oversee human resource programs, including performance management, talent management, and occupational health and safety
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of human resource management experience with progressive career growth
- 5 to 8 years of experience with HRM systems; administrative experience with Paylocity preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Ability to advance an inclusive employee culture in a remote work environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
