Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve Total Rewards strategies including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
- Lead compensation and benefits design across multiple regions, ensuring market competitiveness and compliance
- Utilize data analytics to monitor program effectiveness and prepare reports on compensation trends and budget forecasting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CEBS) are a plus
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and laws
- Advanced skills in data analytics, particularly with MS Excel
