Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards Director to lead the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and improve Total Rewards strategies including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
  • Lead compensation and benefits design across multiple regions, ensuring market competitiveness and compliance
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor program effectiveness and prepare reports on compensation trends and budget forecasting
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CEBS) are a plus
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and laws
  • Advanced skills in data analytics, particularly with MS Excel
