Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR functions and develop HR initiatives while ensuring compliance with organizational policies
- Build and maintain relationships with business unit leaders and advocate for employees
- Provide guidance on employment law and resolve employee relations issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience (experience may substitute for education)
- Exposure to ATS and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of employment law, performance management, and employee relations principles
