Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Operations Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in employee onboarding and manage background check processes
  • Perform data maintenance in the human capital management system and generate reports
  • Act as a first point of contact for routine HR-related inquiries and manage TB testing processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Two or more years of experience in a Human Resources administrative function
  • Ability to use systems and applications, including experience with a human capital management system
  • Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in confidential matters
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
