A company is looking for an HR Operations Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in employee onboarding and manage background check processes
- Perform data maintenance in the human capital management system and generate reports
- Act as a first point of contact for routine HR-related inquiries and manage TB testing processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two or more years of experience in a Human Resources administrative function
- Ability to use systems and applications, including experience with a human capital management system
- Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in confidential matters
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
