Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic business partner to client team leaders to ensure employee advocacy
- Design and execute talent strategies to enhance performance, engagement, development, and retention
- Coach and develop leaders at all levels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic people initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of People/HR experience, including 2+ years as an HRBP
- Experience partnering with Go-to-Market teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships) preferred
- Working knowledge of compensation principles
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and project management skills
- Passion for coaching, mentoring, and supporting career development
