A company is looking for a Sr. Employee Relations Specialist to foster a supportive workplace culture and address employee concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers regarding underperformance and behavioral concerns
- Manage the workplace accommodations interactive process and facilitate resolution of employee relations concerns
- Analyze employee relations trends and partner with stakeholders to improve processes and develop proactive strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in Employee Relations or People Partner roles
- Deep understanding of the employee experience and related social and cultural factors
- General knowledge of employment laws and best practices
- Proven ability to develop and improve processes
