Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive support in various human resource functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings and facilitating onboarding
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits
  • Support employee performance management processes and coordinate training programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices

  • Multi State HR experience with direct California, New York, or Massachusetts experience preferred
