Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Recruiting Operations (RecOps).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting tools, ensuring integration with platforms like Workday
- Develop and maintain recruiting dashboards and reports to measure team performance and candidate pipeline health
- Design and implement end-to-end recruiting workflows and support cross-functional projects related to talent acquisition
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in recruiting operations and talent acquisition
- Experience with the Ashby ATS and Workday Human Capital Management System is highly preferred
- Work experience in a professional services talent acquisition department is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling systems, tools, and processes in a high-growth environment
