Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and information to colleagues and leaders regarding HR policies and programs
- Administer and execute HR programs, including benefits, compensation, and performance management
- Conduct audits and maintain accurate employee records to ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role
- Human Resource certification is a plus
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
