• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Non-IT positions

• Design and execute sourcing strategies and track recruitment metrics for process optimization

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment focused on Non-IT roles
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in using data to improve hiring efficiency
• Hands-on experience in optimizing recruitment processes and building scalable workflows
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a dynamic environment
• B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
