Key Responsibilities
- Own full cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches across various technical functions, including executive hiring
- Develop effective recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring leaders to meet ongoing growth needs
- Mentor and support junior team members while continuously improving recruiting and interviewing practices
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of recruiting experience for product and engineering roles
- Prior experience in a fast-growth startup environment is strongly preferred
- Proven track record of success in a high-velocity, output-driven environment
- Bachelor's or Graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline
