Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter (contract to hire).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches across various technical functions, including executive hiring
  • Develop effective recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring leaders to meet ongoing growth needs
  • Mentor and support junior team members while continuously improving recruiting and interviewing practices
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience for product and engineering roles
  • Prior experience in a fast-growth startup environment is strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of success in a high-velocity, output-driven environment
  • Bachelor's or Graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline
