Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition or people operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of optimizing People processes for scalability and business growth
- Strong operational experience with HR and recruiting technology stacks
- Analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems and data visualization tools
- Experience in designing and executing global People strategies that comply with local regulations
