Key Responsibilities
- Conduct remote investigations and ensure compliance with HR protocols
- Provide counsel to leadership on policy interpretation and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate and investigate Department of Labor claims and assist in HR training needs evaluation
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of HR experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Some investigation experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
