Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Specialist to manage associate relations and compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote investigations and ensure compliance with HR protocols
• Provide counsel to leadership on policy interpretation and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate and investigate Department of Labor claims and assist in HR training needs evaluation

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of HR experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Some investigation experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
