Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead, Talent Acquisition Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinators to enhance interview scheduling
- Provide hands-on support for interview scheduling and advocate for an outstanding candidate experience
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Enablement team to create scalable solutions for improving Talent Acquisition effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume scheduling across multiple global business units
- 2+ years of experience with ATS platforms, including at least 1 year using Greenhouse
- 1+ year of experience with Talent Acquisition Operations projects
- 1+ year of experience collaborating with onboarding stakeholders
- Experience within the tech/SaaS industry is preferred
