Key Responsibilities

• Lead executive level searches and manage the entire executive search lifecycle

• Build relationships with stakeholders and provide guidance on recruitment processes and candidate experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of recruiting or research experience in healthcare
• 5-7 years of advising and influencing executive leadership
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
• Experience in a global in-house recruiting team or executive search firm
