Key Responsibilities
- Lead executive level searches and manage the entire executive search lifecycle

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of recruiting or research experience in healthcare
- 5-7 years of advising and influencing executive leadership
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
- Experience in a global in-house recruiting team or executive search firm
