Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Recruiter (contract to hire).

Key Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches across various business areas, including executive leadership hiring
• Develop effective recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada
• Mentor and support junior team members while continuously improving recruiting and interviewing practices

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience with increasing complexity in search types
• Prior experience in fast-growth startups, particularly in product management or business operations
• Proven success in high-velocity, output-driven environments
• Bachelor's or Graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline
