Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist-Leaves Management & Employee Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer leave programs including FMLA, ADA, and disability leaves
  • Serve as the primary liaison between employees and third-party leave management vendors
  • Monitor U.S. news for disasters and coordinate outreach and support for affected employees
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience in employee benefits administration focused on leaves of absence
  • Experience with medical leave and disability vendors and leave case management best practices
  • Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and state-specific leave laws
  • Ability to balance process rigor with flexibility in employee interactions
