Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for permanent roles in Marketing, Sales, and Finance
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies
• Screen candidates and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in CPG or Beauty
• Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with ATS platforms
• Strong understanding of the talent landscape in the beauty industry
