Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic organization design initiatives for the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization
- Integrate various organizational design dimensions to ensure alignment with strategic priorities
- Leverage data and modeling tools to inform design recommendations and support workforce planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, HR, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in organization design, workforce planning, or business transformation
- Experience in global organizations with hybrid or matrixed structures
- Strong experience with complex commercial organizations such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Ability to manage multiple organization design initiatives in a fast-paced environment
