Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Organization Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic organization design initiatives for the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization
• Integrate various organizational design dimensions to ensure alignment with strategic priorities
• Leverage data and modeling tools to inform design recommendations and support workforce planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, HR, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in organization design, workforce planning, or business transformation
• Experience in global organizations with hybrid or matrixed structures
• Strong experience with complex commercial organizations such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Ability to manage multiple organization design initiatives in a fast-paced environment
