- Collaborate with peers to establish CMO strategy, goals, and internal workstreams aimed at enhancing change maturity
- Oversee the design and implementation of change management solutions and ensure adherence to change management methodologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in organizational behavior, human resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Ten or more years of experience in organizational change management; four or more years managing a team
- Experience in establishing an organizational change management function preferred
- Change management certification or designation required
