A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and maintain global salary structures and compensation programs
- Conduct compensation compliance reviews and ensure adherence to guidelines and laws
- Provide coaching and mentoring to staff and advise on compensation policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10 years of compensation experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience managing a global merit program is preferred
- WorkDay exposure/experience is a plus
