Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst responsible for managing competitive and compliant compensation programs for a global workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer market pricing tools, conduct audits, and implement system improvements
  • Participate in global compensation surveys and ensure data integrity
  • Conduct advanced market benchmarking and administer various compensation audits and analyses
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially advanced skills in Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and advanced math skills for financial calculations
  • Understanding of existing procedures to solve slightly complex problems
