Key Responsibilities
- Administer market pricing tools, conduct audits, and implement system improvements
- Participate in global compensation surveys and ensure data integrity
- Conduct advanced market benchmarking and administer various compensation audits and analyses
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially advanced skills in Excel
- Strong organizational skills and advanced math skills for financial calculations
- Understanding of existing procedures to solve slightly complex problems
