Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of talent acquisition data through ongoing audits of ATS and CRM systems
- Compile metrics and reporting on recruiting activity, including vendor and recruiter performance
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting efficiencies and support operational system transitions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; additional experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
- 1 year experience in a recruiting/HR Operations role required; 2 years preferred
- 1 year experience as a super user in an ATS, CRM, and/or HRIS system preferred
- Demonstrated complex report writing experience
- Excel skills required; Workday Recruiting knowledge preferred
