Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of talent acquisition data through ongoing audits of ATS and CRM systems
  • Compile metrics and reporting on recruiting activity, including vendor and recruiter performance
  • Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting efficiencies and support operational system transitions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; additional experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
  • 1 year experience in a recruiting/HR Operations role required; 2 years preferred
  • 1 year experience as a super user in an ATS, CRM, and/or HRIS system preferred
  • Demonstrated complex report writing experience
  • Excel skills required; Workday Recruiting knowledge preferred
