- Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational health, succession planning, and leadership development
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and foster a culture of coaching and continuous talent development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification
- Minimum 8 years of experience at a financial institution
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing HR functions and labor laws for California employees
- Previous multi-state experience required
