Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Business Partners focused on Sales hiring
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the Sales Organization
- Analyze and report on recruiting KPIs to drive process improvement
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with 2+ years managing recruiters in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven success hiring for Sales or other Commercial functions ideally in AdTech or SaaS environments
- Strong operational rigor and a track record of building or optimizing recruiting processes at scale
- Comfort working with talent metrics and using data to inform strategy
- Ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and executive leaders
