Job Summary
A company is looking for an Absence Management Coordinator to assist with the administration and communication of its Leave of Absence program.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain reports to track employees on leave for accurate administration
- Audit HR and Payroll systems data to confirm and track leaves of absence
- Coordinate communication regarding leaves of absence with employees, managers, and HR partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of experience in human resources, leave management, or benefits
- Knowledge of absence management concepts such as FMLA and ADAAA
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
