Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and a payroll administrator to meet hiring objectives
- Administer and optimize the applicant tracking system and other recruitment platforms
- Monitor and report on key recruiting metrics to enhance sourcing and hiring efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the property insurance industry or related field
- 2+ years of experience hiring and recruiting remote contractors
- 2+ years of experience managing teams
- Proven ability to source and hire candidates effectively
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
