- Oversee the evolution of L&D systems and ensure program excellence for a diverse workforce
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development
- Experience in consulting or professional services environments preferred
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing teams
- Deep expertise in adult learning and instructional design
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and vendor management
