Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Talent Development to lead the design and execution of learning and talent development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise-wide learning and development strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage and coach a high-performing L&D team, providing strategic direction and capacity planning
• Oversee the evolution of L&D systems and ensure program excellence for a diverse workforce

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development
• Experience in consulting or professional services environments preferred
• Demonstrated success in managing and developing teams
• Deep expertise in adult learning and instructional design
• Familiarity with digital learning tools and vendor management
