Qualifications and Special Skills Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related business degree preferred
- 2-3 years of Human Resources experience, with specialist experience preferred
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and suggest process improvements
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Case Management systems
