Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration
  • Solid understanding of employee benefit programs and regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA)
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms, particularly Paylocity
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
