Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary contact for inquiries
- Support payroll functions related to benefits data accuracy and compliance
- Maintain employee benefits records and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration
- Solid understanding of employee benefit programs and regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA)
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, particularly Paylocity
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
