Key Responsibilities
- Administer base pay structures, incentive programs, and annual compensation planning
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and assist with job description development
- Prepare compensation reports and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment in compensation practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of experience in compensation analysis or HR, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Experience supporting compensation practices for clinical and provider roles
- Working knowledge of compensation platforms and proficiency in Google Workspace
- Familiarity with wage and hour laws and healthcare-specific labor benchmarks
