Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Specialist to support the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer base pay structures, incentive programs, and annual compensation planning
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and assist with job description development
  • Prepare compensation reports and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment in compensation practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in compensation analysis or HR, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Experience supporting compensation practices for clinical and provider roles
  • Working knowledge of compensation platforms and proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with wage and hour laws and healthcare-specific labor benchmarks
