Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Support Advisor - Temp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for Team Members regarding Payroll, Benefits, Leave of Absence, and HR Operations inquiries
- Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 issues while escalating complex cases to Tier 2 departments
- Manage and document tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up with Team Members
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or HR support role, preferably in a corporate environment
- Experience with HR systems, such as Workday, and ticketing systems is a plus
- Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing procedures and policies
