A company is looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the employee life cycle for the assigned department, including onboarding and offboarding
- Advise and collaborate with department executives, providing coaching and aligning employee and business objectives
- Act as the primary touchpoint for employees, representing their voice to leadership and participating in various employee experience projects
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a people-facing HR function (HR generalist, employee experience, etc.)
- Experience working with multi-cultural teams across different backgrounds and time zones
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive situations
- Willingness to travel for team off-sites a few times a year
