A company is looking for a Payroll Operations Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify payroll process requirements and mitigate risks
- Research and resolve payroll system issues while mentoring Client Payroll Operations Analysts
- Support continuous improvement of payroll processes and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; PayrollOrg FPC or CPP preferred
- Minimum of five years of experience in HR Administration/HRMS, Payroll, and VMS software
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to research complex payroll issues and develop remediation plans
- Experience with Employer of Record (EOR) payroll environments preferred
