Payroll Operations Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Operations Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify payroll process requirements and mitigate risks
• Research and resolve payroll system issues while mentoring Client Payroll Operations Analysts
• Support continuous improvement of payroll processes and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; PayrollOrg FPC or CPP preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in HR Administration/HRMS, Payroll, and VMS software
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to research complex payroll issues and develop remediation plans
• Experience with Employer of Record (EOR) payroll environments preferred
