Key Responsibilities
- Lead US-specific benefits harmonization for a global M&A integration project
- Act as a strategic project manager for US benefits consolidation, ensuring compliance and execution
- Take ownership of project planning, timelines, communications, and issue resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Prior experience in harmonizing benefits across merged companies
- Deep knowledge of US benefits regulations and compliance
- Understanding of HRIS/payroll systems and their integrations
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans and track resources
- Experience in strategic business analysis related to organizational structures and process gaps
