Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Prior experience in harmonizing benefits across merged companies
• Deep knowledge of US benefits regulations and compliance
• Understanding of HRIS/payroll systems and their integrations
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans and track resources
• Experience in strategic business analysis related to organizational structures and process gaps
