Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Variable Compensation Administrator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly/quarterly variable compensation process for Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development teams
- Interface with leadership to ensure accuracy of transactional data prior to commission processing
- Generate reports and analyses on commission payments and plan effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Business, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Variable Compensation plan management
- 2+ years of Sales Operations experience, preferably in an Enterprise SaaS environment
- Experience with Xactly or other Incent Compensation Management tools preferred
- Proficiency with MS Excel for data analysis and management
