Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience recruiting for software engineering roles or similar technical positions
- Familiarity with common programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
