Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience recruiting for software engineering roles or similar technical positions
• Familiarity with common programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
