Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace communication practices
- Oversee performance management processes and ensure compliance with HR policies
- Conduct surveys and analyze data to improve employee experience and organizational performance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a senior-level HR role
- Current HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
- Experience with employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Familiarity with unionized workplaces and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs)
- Strong background in HR compliance and employment law
