Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace communication practices
  • Oversee performance management processes and ensure compliance with HR policies

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a senior-level HR role
  • Current HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
  • Experience with employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Familiarity with unionized workplaces and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs)
  • Strong background in HR compliance and employment law
